There aren’t many companies on this market which actually doesn’t exist yet, at least not to “normal” people. But super-rich persons already have been to space and will eventually go regular to space with offerings from SpaceX, VirginGalactic and others.
But, all that said, it won’t be interstellar just yet, but a moon travel should be possible within the next few years, at least when flying around the moon counts.
So to answer the initial question: Nobody, just yet.
